The best way to make sure that you are in the correct posture is to make sure that your body is in right angles.The ears should be directly above your shoulders, which in turn should be directly above your hips. - Screen:-While studying on a computer, The position of the screen of computer directly influence your posture and specially your neck. So the screen should be at eye level.It should allow you to read what you need without tilting your neck or your shoulders. - Neck Rolls:-With the correct posture and your screen in the right place, you need to make sure you’re moving your neck throughout the day. Do this several times, once an hour, and it will help keep your neck limber.
- Take Breaks:-Some time You may feel taking breaks is a waste of time, but continue studying will not only leave negative affect on your neck and it will make you less likely to retain what you are trying to learn. The best way to address both of these issues . During the break time ideally go for a walk, but lying down every so often is also advisable. This method helps keep your body from stiffening up.
